3. Service Requests

When you request our services, you represent that you are the property owner, authorized tenant, or have legal authority to request locksmith services for the property or vehicle. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership or authorization before performing any service.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted before work begins and are subject to the complexity of the job.
• We do not charge call-out fees for standard service calls.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
• Additional charges may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday services.

5. Service Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Parts and labor are warranted for a period specified at the time of service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service request at any time before the technician arrives at no charge. Cancellations after the technician has arrived may be subject to a trip fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
